hat Herr Bernhard Ehl, Besitzer des Golfplatzes des Mittelrheinischen Golfclub Bad Ems, mit <strong>Himmel Golf Design <\/strong>developed a master plan for the renovation and optimisation of the golf course on Denzerheide. The master plan and the associated capital for its realisation are included in the <strong>Anne Ehl Foundation.<\/strong> eingegliedert. Somit ist die Umsetzung des Plans, nach erfolgtem Ablauf des Pachtverh\u00e4ltnisses mit dem bestehenden Club, gesichert. Ab 2025 geht die komplette Anlage inklusive des Betriebes an die Parkland-Golf-Course-Bad Ems GmbH &#038; Co. Kg \u00fcber. Die im Masterplan ausgearbeiteten Planungsideen sollen in den Jahren 2025-2027 umgesetzt werden, damit der Golfplatz zum <strong>centenary in 2028.<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>Neuer Name der Anlage ist ab Dieser umfast die Spielbahnen 2, 4 bis 11, sowie die Tees der Spielbahnen 1 und 3. Au\u00dferdem soll noch ein Speicherteich erstellt werden, um in Zukunft in Sachen Klimawandel und wiederholt auftretenden D\u00fcrreperioden besser aufgestellt zu sein. Das Entre\u00e9 zur Anlage sowie der Parkbereich vor dem Clubhaus sollen ge\u00f6ffnet, freundlicher und ohne Golfbereiche\u00a0 umgestaltet werden. Neben der <strong>Sanierung und einem Redesign der Gr\u00fcns<\/strong>, soll der Platz mit einigen neuen Tees <strong>flexibler<\/strong> werden und mehr Spielfreude vermitteln. Spielwitz und die Spielstragie werden ebenfalls &#8211; z.B. durch neue FW-Bunker &#8211; erh\u00f6ht. Die grundlegende S<strong>anierung einiger Entw\u00e4sserungsprobleme<\/strong> sowie die <strong>Optimierung der Beregnung<\/strong> sind ebenfalls ein wichtiger Bestandteil der Ma\u00dfnahmen.
