The master plan and the associated capital for its realisation are included in the <strong>Anne Ehl Foundation.<\/strong> This ensures the realisation of the plan. From 2025, the entire facility, including operations, will be transferred to Parkland-Golf-Course-Bad Ems GmbH &amp; Co. Kg. The planning ideas elaborated in the master plan are to be implemented in the years 2025-2027 so that the golf course shines again for the <strong>centenary in 2028.<\/strong> .<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>First construction phase has already begun<\/strong> and includes fairways 2 and 4 to 11 as well as the tees of fairways 1 and 3. In addition, drainage problems will be rectified, the irrigation system modernised and the entire entrance area to the course made more friendly and open.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>second phase will begin
