1996 se construy\u00f3 un campo de 18 hoyos con un campo corto de 3 hoyos en casi 95 hect\u00e1reas de superficie. El terreno era amplio y ligeramente ondulado y, aparte de la creaci\u00f3n de tres estanques, no exig\u00eda grandes movimientos de tierra. Tan solo se a\u00f1adieron greens, tees y bunkers fairway y esto permiti\u00f3 ejecutar un proyecto econ\u00f3mico.
