El dise\u00f1o, en un \u00e1rea total de aproximadamente 160 hect\u00e1reas, no solo habr\u00eda cumplido con todos los criterios de espacio requeridos para un Ryder Cup, sino que tambi\u00e9n habr\u00eda ofrecido a todos los golfistas retos, diversi\u00f3n, equidad, relajaci\u00f3n y naturaleza, a un nivel m\u00e1s alto. Antiguos meandros del Danubio ya sedimentados iban a ser revividos y los nuevo estanques se formaron de una forma similar. El paisaje abierto, dividido por algunas avenidas, debe preservarse en la medida de lo posible y proporcionarse atractivas \u00e1reas de flores silvestres.
