At the general meeting on April 23, 2024, the Golfclub Feldafing, based on the Masterplan of Himmel Golf Design from 2018 gave its approval for the first steps . Construction of this first phase is planned to start in September 2026. .

What's exciting about the planning is the required sensitive approach to the appearance of the historical park, which is listed nationwide as very valuable and which was planned and constructed around 1854 by Peter Lenné .

Plans include three new practice greens – for significantly more variety – the conversion of the six small teeing grounds into three much larger areas, the construction of a single, larger driving range hut, and a new lockable coach's hut. In addition, a new connecting path will be created between the practice facilities and tees 1 and 10 to prevent golfers from repeatedly crossing the 18th hole.

The permission was obtained in Summer 2025.

As the Golfclub will have in 2026 itscentenary it was decided to move the start of constructions to the Fall of 2026.
